Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final once an order has been delivered successfully.

We do not accept returns of food items after delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The item delivered is significantly different from what was ordered

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue must be provided

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment source

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, delivery fees may be refunded.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability

  • Minor variations in product appearance due to natural processing

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued minus any processing or handling costs.

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
